Mrs Melanie Walkling (Nee: Rowland) is Tony Rowland’s daughter. She left college with a diploma and worked for an international company in London receiving promotion to managerial status before leaving to work in the family business. She has 29 years of international repatriation and funeral experience. She recently became a Partner within the company.

Fiona has 25+ years’ Management experience in the Assistance & Travel Claims Industry having worked previously for Medex International (both in the UK & USA); Mercury Assistance, AIG Travel Assist, Travel Guard. Fiona’s proven leadership and organizational skills, coupled with her knowledge of the Assistance Industry will enhance the services we provide to our Clients. Speaking of her appointment, Fiona said: “I am delighted to have joined Rowland Brothers International which has firmly established itself in the Industry for the high quality of its Repatriation Services, coming from an Assistance background means that I fully understand and appreciate the complexities involved with assisting the insured or non-insured travelers and can apply my previous experience to enhance the services RBI already provides to its Clients. I am looking forward to the new challenges with RBI and establishing a close working relationship with our Clients, I am always approachable and supportive and have earned great respect from colleagues, customers and suppliers over the many years I have worked in the Travel/Assistance Industry

Judith has over 6 years international repatriation experience developing a rapport with an increasing number of German ./ Austrian partners. She supports her team with enthusiasm and compassion and guides them through the legalities of arrangements.

Karim has developed a unique liaison role with Arabic families. His personal knowledge of cultural matters helps us to meet strict time limits imposed by faith requirements and abide by religious customs.

Fulvia is from Salerno on the beautiful Amalfi coast in Italy. Calm, reliable and experienced in social welfare, Fulvia enjoys supporting people in difficult situations. As a volounteer with special needs children, Fulvia is committed to helping families in any situation, transferring her special skills to the world of international assistance.

Nathalie lived in France for six years, totally immersed in the language and local culture of Normandy. She has always worked in a customer service environment, and understands the expectations of customers in the world of communications and travel. Nathalie does her utmost to help families bereaved away from home.

Around 170 million people speak the Russian language. Victoria not only speaks Russian but also corresponds with all former Soviet Union countries. Victoria’s passion for people has increased her knowledge of religious and cultural backgrounds making connection with families easier.

Justyna is our newest recruit and speaks fluent Polish and Italian. Although she is polish by nationality she lived and studied at University in Florence, Italy for many years. She has worked in many customer service roles in the her career and brings a wealth of experience in international Consultantancy to the international department. She has a background of sales and marketing in international markets and enjoys resolving problems and has an appetite for new challenges.

A total of 21 years Consular and immigration experience at the American embassy, Government and non governmental offices.

Lizeth was born in Luanda, Angola & Portuguese is her native language. She lived and studied in Madrid, Spain for a year where she gained fluency in the Spanish Language and moved to the UK in December 2001. Lizeth is no stranger to great customer service and joined us with prior experience in one of the world’s leading retail stores. Communication has always been an important part in her work and she is committed to helping families during such a difficult time.

Helena joined us three years ago from the Portuguese chamber of Commerce, where she worked with the Angolan, Brazilian and Portuguese communities. Her prove people skills are a valuable asset.

Margaret is married to Tony Rowland. She originally trained as a nurse at Guys Hospital, London. She nursed at various hospitals around London, becoming a Sister at Mayday hospital, Croydon and then trained as a midwife. She now works with Tony at the family company and has over 35 years accountancy experience.
