The season of Christmas can be difficult to cope with for people who have lost a loved one. If you are in that category we would like to help you in a small way by inviting you to place a memorial tag on our Christmas tree, in memory of the person you have lost. The trees are located in the window or reception area of our branches. Simply call in, write the message on the tag we provide, and place it on the tree yourself. We have two cards available, one for adults, one for children.
This is free of charge, but each year we offer an opportunity for you to further honour the memory by making a donation to our charity, the Rowland Brothers Foundation (registered no. 1171808), which helps relieve the hardship and suffering of vulnerable families affected by bereavement. If you wish to do so your donation will be shared equally among our chosen charities for this year, which are The Brenda Kirby Cancer Centre, Woodside Bereavement Counselling Service, The Lily Foundation and Renew 23 Wellbeing Cafe. Simply bring your donation into our branch or donate electronically via JustGiving on our website www.rowlandbrothers.com. We will match your donation £ for £ through our Foundation, thus doubling its value. Your donation can be gift-aided if you wish. Forms for this are available in our branches.
